The app is our primary entry point for users in supported jurisdictions. Data, permissions, and account security

nemo collects minimal device data—your app version, device type, and connection quality—to optimize table streaming and push notification delivery. We do not access your contacts, photos, or files. Android permissions requested during installation are for camera (ID verification), microphone (live-chat support in some studios), and location (for geographic compliance checks). You can revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time. Your nemo account password and payment credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest; we never store card numbers or e-wallet tokens in plain text. When you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, payment processors handle the transaction directly—nemo acts as a gateway, not a vault.
